Grilled Lavender Honey Mustard Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 pound cleaned shrimp½ cup Pelindaba Lavender's Lavender Stone Ground Honey Mustard
Directions:
Place shrimp and ¼ cup Lavender Honey Mustard in a bowl and fully coat the shrimp. Skewer the shrimp with grilling skewers.
Over a medium grilling temperature, cook shrimp and brush on remaining ¼ cup of Honey Mustard while grilling. Shrimp will be fully cooked when they form a C shape. Each grill is different and has cool and hot spots, so you know your grill and cooking time the best.

To up the wow factor, top the shrimp with crumbled bacon on your serving plate or serve with Pelindaba Honey Mustard dipping sauce. Recipe below.

Lavender Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Pelindaba Lavender's Lavender Stone Ground Honey Mustard½ cup mayonnaise
1 diced green onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and you are ready to dip!

Ingredients:
1 sliced tomato seasoned with Pelindaba Lavender Pepper and Pelindaba Lavender Salt.
