18th Annual
San Juan Island Lavender Festival

Come See Lavender...
Tours and exhibits survey the entire process – from field to finished product. The fields are open for strolling, relaxing and breathtaking photo ops.
Come Smell Lavender...
The cutting field is open for visitors to harvest their own bouquets of certified organic lavender from the many varieties in bloom.
Come Hear Lavender...
Demonstrations cover topics such as lavender cultivation, harvesting, essential oil distillation, history & uses, cooking with lavender with local Chef Anna Maria (there will be tasting samples!) and more.

Come Touch Lavender...
The craft tent is open all day long in the fields for adults and children to make beautiful wands, wreaths, crowns and more.

The San Juan Island Lavender Festival is very family friendly with lots of free kid's activities to engage the senses.

The Lavender Herbal Wreath Workshop will be coming back this year! Taught by one of our own talented artisans, you'll create your own 16" large herbal wreath with organic lavender and other island-grown herbs and learn how to tie our beautiful Pelindaba Lavender bows. Lavender refreshments will be served during the workshop! Space is limited and cost is $50 - email us today to reserve your spot!
Come Taste Lavender...
Our lavender ice cream, lavender lemonade and lavender iced tea and coffee are always big hits – not to mention our lavender baked goods! Island-style picnic lunches provided by Paellas San Juan and Tina’s Tacos and local libations will be available all day long in the fields.

The festive weekend will culminate in a Farm to Table Dinner in the blooming fields at sunset. Coho Restaurant's extraordinary culinary team will feature the flavors of the summer season, drawing ingredients from local San Juan Island farms with a touch of culinary lavender from the surrounding fields. Sunday, July 21st - Seating is limited so be sure to reserve your tickets today!
We'll be joined by many local artists who will have their work on display and for sale in the fields. Local musicians (Katura Marimba, Kubatana Marimba and Erandolin Strings Celtic Band) will be serenading us throughout the day and Lavendera Massage will be providing relaxing treatments amongst the flowers.

Be sure to bring your sunscreen and camera! Parking and admission are FREE. Dogs are welcome on leash.
